Filed on February 28, 2008 this patent is for a new controller that looks alot like a Gamecube controller shell. As it stands Gamecube games are lock out of "Wii mode" for security reasons and can not access any Wii features such as the wiimote. It could just be Nintendo covering there bases but who knows. Stay tune for more as it beaks.
